Colleen Helgerson is a practitioner and teacher of healing and the esoteric arts. She supports an individual’s healing and spiritual growth through sessions and classes in Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, Shinjiro “to believe”, sound healing and the Akashic Record. As a writer she has been a frequent contributor to magazines and has worked as a staff reporter. Currently she is writing a book called Healing Humanness, which takes an in-depth look into the everyday fears of being human and finding our way through life on earth — with spiritual growth as our healer. Colleen also does workshops on awareness, self – empowerment, meditation practices and talks in school systems and for groups on multiple subject including “Understand the Energy Body” and “Trusting Inner Guidance”.
